3 cups rhubard, stalks, sliced
3 cups apples, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup raisens
2 cups rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup walnuts, pieces
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
4 Tbsp Spenda Brown Sugar Blend (optional)
Directions
Wash and clean rhubarb, apples & strawberries. Remove bad spots, cores and stems. Slice into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spray baking dish and add ingredient mix. Remove from oven and serve warm or cold.
