Introduction

Sick of salad. Had some Swiss Chard at a friends house once and loved it so I decided to be adventurous and cook some up. Really yummy and think ...the spices that could be added to this leafy veggie are endless. Sick of salad. Ingredients

    2 TBS Olive Oil
    Large bunch of Swiss Chard cleaned and chopped stalks and leaves
    Garlic-3 cloves
    Red Onion-.25 cup chopped
    salt pepper to taste
    feta cheese-tomato basil crumbles

Directions

heat pan
add oil
add garlic and onion and let simmer
after about 5-8 minutes ad in Swiss Chard
stir it in and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes depending on how much you like your veggies cooked. i had them in for about 6 minutes and the stalks were still a bit crunchy! yum
add slat and pepper
1 tsp of the feta crumbles per serving
