Ingredients

    1 cup of plain yogurt
    1 cup of fruit
    1 cup of skim milk

Directions

Combine yogurt, fruit (fresh or frozen), and milk into blender. Pulse until it reaches the consistency you desire.
Pour and enjoy! Makes 2-3 8 oz servings.
