Ingredients

    1 rotisserie chicken, cut up (discard the wings or use them for something else)
    1 C light mayo
    1 C seedless grapes, halved
    1 apple, cut into small pieces
    1/2 C walnuts, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients and serve.

Makes 8, 1/2 cup servings.

You can also mix in some chopped celery or carrot if you like.
