    * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)

Directions

Can roast chicken or prepare in crockpot the day before.
Shred or dice chicken. Weigh the servings.
Add celery & apple.
Add the dressing when ready to eat. If too dry, add fat free chicken broth.
