Ingredients

    2 oz. Whole Grain Speghetti
    1/2 cup dry TVP
    1 cup Puttanesca Sauce

Directions

Cook TVP per instructions (use water here to save big on sodium intake, as stock is unnecessary for flavor in this dish).

In the Meantime, cook speghetti al dente.

Mix with Puttanesca and serve.
