Introduction
I make these pancakes for my kids, and they love them. My daughter and I eat them plain because they are so yummy. Sometimes I add cinnamon too. I make these pancakes for my kids, and they love them. Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 cup fat free milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients. Use a whisk to blend ingredients together. Pour by scant 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Makes 18 small (3 inch) pancakes.
