Cool summer salad! Cool summer salad!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 ripe salad tomatoes
    1 whole medium to large cucumber
    1 avocado
    2 Tablespoons of Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
Peel and seed a cucumber and slice into bite sized pieces. Peel avocado and cut into bite size pieces.
Drizzle two Tablespoons of Kraft Cucumber Ranch dressing.
Toss and serve right away.

If you do not know how to seed a cucumber, cut it lengthwise after peeling, hold the cucumber half in one hand and a turned over teaspoon in the other and scrape out the seeds. This makes a nice presentation and cuts down on the indigestion that cucumbers can cause!
