Ingredients



    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 2/3 cup
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, 1/4cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup )
    Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp
    Thyme, dried , 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix wheat flour, white flour, canola oil, and baking soda together. Add enough buttermilk to make a stiff dough. If after adding all the buttermilk the dough is still powdery add 1 tsp of water at a time until you get a stiff non sticky dough. Kneed for 4 min while kneeding add the dry spices and work them into the dough. divide into 12 pieces and roll into 8 inch disks. Cook until golden brown on both sides in a non stick pan .about 2 minutes a side.
