    3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (low-fat is better!)
    can of low-fat milk
    1 cup of rice (I prefer white)
    onion salt/powder to taste
    seasoning salt to taste


Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly. Makes about 6 sevings.
