These fast and easy kid friendly pizzas are a great way to satisfy a pizza craving. Ingredients

    1 Thomas' Light Multigrain English Muffin, split in half
    3 Tbs canned tomato sauce
    3 Tbs 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 mushroom, sliced
    1 Tbs onion, chopped
    A couple shakes Italian Seasoning
    2 large leafs fresh basil
    Optional: other low-veggie toppings (bell pepper, broccoli,..)

Directions

1. Split english muffin in half and place on cookie sheet.

2. Spread tomato sauce and shake italian seasoning lightly over each muffin half. Place one basil leaf on each half.

3. Top with mushrooms, onions, and/or other veggie toppings.

4. Sprinkle Cheese on top.

5. Bake or broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
