    Beef, top sirloin, 20 oz
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    *Knorr Classic Brown Gravy, .5 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp


heat oil in fry pan on med. high. Add steak strips and saute until hot, add broccoli and mix well.

Stir gravy mix, water & pepper. ADd to the beef, heat to a boil, stir occasionally. Reduce heat to Med. low and simmer for 10mins.

Serve over .5C rice.
