Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 200 grams
    (100 grams in stalks, 100 grams in broccoli top)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Rugbrødre 6 Corns ryebread, 45 grams
    Shrimp, raw, 60 grams

    Dressing made of
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 50 grams
    Light mayo, 15 grams
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Cut the broccoli stalks into small dice and cook them until soft in light salted water.. When cooked process with the raw egg..
When cooked add the egg and (salt and pepper optional)
Lay the broccoli flowerets in a oven dish and pour the stalk and egg mass over the flowerets..
Bake in the oven at 400oF for 30 minutes
While baking mix the dressing. Pour the dressing over the baked broccoli and add the shrimps..
