Ingredients

    -200g frozen berries
    -300ml skimmed milk
    -100g fat free cottage cheese
    -5 tsp granulated sweetener
    -1 tsp vanilla extract
    -(Crumbled biscuits - optional)

Directions

-First blend the milk and cottage cheese well to get rid of any lumps.
-Next add the fruit, pulsing and blending until the mixture is smooth
-Add the sweetener and vanilla extract and blend for one more minute.
-If you want, add some crumbled digestive biscuits on top to serve.
