    6oz Cooked Shrimp w/o Tails thawed
    6oz Large Scallops thawed Patted dry
    1 Lemon (juice and Zest)
    2T. Olive oil./canola oil mix
    2T. Garlic Powder
    1 Med. Shallot Chopped
    3/4C White wine
    2T. Italian Seasoning
    1/2C Parmesan Cheese Grated
    1/3C. Light Sour Cream
    4oz Dry Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    2oz no fat milk


Makes 2 servings
1.Cook and Strain spaghetti set aside
2. In large Sauté pan, Add whine and juice of lemon with Shallots, reduce by Half
3. In small pan, heat olive oil till hot, Add scallops cooking 3 minutes on each side
4 While scallops are searing, In wine and shallot reduction pan add cooked spaghetti, lemon zest, Garlic Powder, Parmesan Cheese, Sour Cream and milk. Heat and mix well.
5. Just before serving, fold in shrimp and scallops.
