A great thing to have for lunch! A great thing to have for lunch!

Ingredients

    16 oz. broccoli slaw
    1 pkg surimi (8 oz)
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
    1 can chopped pineapple, drained (juice reserved for dressing)

    Dressing:
    reserved pineapple juice
    rice wine vinegar
    sesame oil
    canola oil
    salt
    vegetarian stir fry sauce
    grated ginger

Directions

Combine ingredients. In small cruet, combine ingredients for dressing. Dress, toss, and serve. Great lunch!
