Introduction
I was looking for a recipe to make a nut a seed bar that I had given to me. I only had the ingredients list, but no proportions. So I came up with this recipe. I added the granulated sugar figuring that it would harden up with the baking to make the bars more easier to handle and to please my sweet tooth. Ingredients

1 cup sesame seeds toasted
1 cup whole almonds
1/2 cup each sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup raisins and craisins
1/4 cup agave nectar
3 tbsp brown rice syrup
1 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend
Directions
mix all ingredients together, spread into lined pan, bake at 250 degrees F for 15 min. Let cool and cut into 16 equal sized pieces.
I suggest using parchment baking paper, wax paper was a bit difficult to take off.
