Ingredients

    Rhubarb, 6 cups diced
    Maple Syrup, 6 tbsp
    Water, 10 cups

Directions

Bring rhubarb to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Strain out rhubarb and add maple syrup to mix (honey or regular sugar will work great also). Chill and serve.

Makes approximately ten 8-ounce servings
