Introduction
This is a recipe for an automatic bread machine. I use it on Manual Mix and allow the machine to mix the bread for me then I take it out and put it in the oven for the second rising. Ingredients

1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup water
2 Tablespoons Margarine/butter
1 1/3 Tablespoon Molassas
2 2/3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (or you can use bread flour)
1 1/3 cup wheat flour
2 1/3 teaspoons yeast
I also add 2 Tablespoons Vital Wheat Gluten but I couldn't find it in the index.
Directions
Measure each ingredient exactly. Add to your ABM according to manufactor's instructions. Process in ABM on Manual cycle. Remove from machine and allow 10 minutes to Rest on floured cabinet, covered with towel.
Shape and put in loaf pan to allow second rise for 1 1/2 hour. Bake @ 350 for 20 min. Butter top with 1 t butter when hot out of the oven. Allow to cool completely before storing.
