Ingredients

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
3oz. of 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1 cup of Fresh Broccoli
1Tbsp of Light Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp of 2% Shredded Cheese
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
In a saute or frying pan add Ground Turkey, garlic powder, black pepper. Completely combine ingredients, by stirring loose ground turkey during cooking.
Brown loose Ground Turkey over medium heat until completely cooked with NO PINK showing. Remove from heat. Cover pan to keep warm.
Microwave broccoli for 2-3 minutes depending on desired crispness.
Lay out tortilla and spread Light Ranch Dressing down the center of the wrap from top to bottom.
Add cheddar cheese directly on top of the dressing, down the center of the wrap, from top to bottom.
Add cooked ground turkey on top of cheddar cheese, down the center of the wrap, from top to bottom.
Add cooked broccoli on top of ground turkey, down the center of the wrap, from top to bottom.
Fold one side of wrap completely over the filling, fold bottom up and fold other side to close the wrap.
