Ingredients

1lb beef flank steak, cut into strips
1 tsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp orange marmalade
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1.5 cups fresh broccoli cut
1 cup fresh carrots slices
1/4 cup of onion sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsps of fresh ginger minced
1/4 cup of soy sauce
Directions
Toss meat with cornstarch in medium bowl. Add marmalade and ground ginger and stir until well blended.
Cut and slice all vegetables and set aside. mince garlic and fresh ginger.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. add onions until transparent then add garlic and fresh ginger and the meat mixture. Cook until meat is brown. Toss in carrots and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes then cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked. serve with rice.
