Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. Chicken Breast, thin strips
    2 medium green onions, sliced thin
    1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
    2 T. Peanut Butter, smooth
    4 tsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    1/4 tsp Cayenne (or more if you like it hot)

Directions

Saute' Chicken and set aside. Combine all ingredients except pasta. Stir Chicken into the sauce along with, noodles, pasta, or rice.

    Very Good
    I added 1 carrot, cut into thin straws and some golden raisins, then a sprinking of brown sugar since I used too much pepper. The chicken I used was precooked. Served it over brown rice. WILL serve it again.. hubby liked it. - 9/28/10
