Ingredients

    4 carrots
    4 celery stalks
    1/2 cucumber
    1/2 red pepper
    2 tomatoes
    2 Tbs chia seeds
    red pepper flakes
    worchestershire sauce
    lime juice

Directions

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You can add ice cubes to make it cold or blend it more to warm it up. makes 2 16 oz serving
