Ingredients

2- 9.75oz. canned chicken
2- small zucchini's
4- small summer squash
1- green pepper
2- carrots
2 - large carrots
3 cups uncooked brown rice
2 cups of Kraft light reduced fat Asian sesame dressing
Directions
wipe inside of crock pot with canola or olive oil.
Cut up all veggies. add canned chicken. add 2 cups or one 16oz. bottle of dressing. And let marinade. Can start early and set however long or prepare the nite before.
Cook rice 3 cups separate with 7 1/2 cups water. Once this is done add to crock pot. Makes 20 - 1 cup servings, or 5QTS.
