Ingredients

    2 T Kraft grated Parmesan
    1 cup skim mozarella
    1 cup low fat ricotta
    2 oz reduced fat Feta
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1.5 cup cooked spinach
    6 slices Oscar Meyer's fully cooked bacon
    9 slices Budding extra thin turkey
    6 cooked egg whites

Directions

mix all cheeses together. add cooked spinach and tomatoes, then crumbled turkey bacon slices, and thinly sliced turkey strips.

last, add rare-cooked egg whites (dash of milk, salt, pepper to taste) and fold cheese mix over itself fifteen times. It is now ready to put in calzone crust.

with the crust, this mixture is fully cooked after about fifteen minutes. makes 16 servings 1/3 cup servings.
