Ingredients

1 large egg
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/4 pound ground chicken breast**
1/4 cup canola or olive oil mayonnaise
2 tsp snipped fresh chives
1 Haas avocado, pitted, peeled, thinly sliced
Directions
Heat your grill to medium and oil the grates.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup canola or olive oil mayonnaise and chives. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, garlic, salt, black pepper and curry powder. Add in the ground chicken breast and mix well.
Form 4 patties. They will be moist!
Carefully place the burgers on your grill and cook, covered, for 4-5 minutes. They should be firm enough to flip and move easily. Grill another 4-5 minutes.
Place on a bun of your choice. Top with 1 T of the chive mayonnaise and 1/4 of the avocado slices.
Nutrition does not include bun.
** If you cannot find ground chicken breast, grind your own in a food processor using boneless, skinless chicken breasts
If you don't use the mayonnaise, deduct 45 calories.
If you don't use the avocado, deduct 72 calories.
