Ingredients

    2 cups black beans
2 pieces whole wheat bread, toasted and food processed
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten flour
    1/2 cup corn
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp chili powder

Directions

Make sure that the bread is toasted and food processed before you get started.

Put black beans, water, and spices in food processor and puree until smooth (chunky is fine).

Put the mixture into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take a cookie sheet and spray with nonstick spray.

With a cookie scoop, scoop out two scoops of the mixture per burger. Then with your hands, make into a burger shape and press down so it's flat.

Cook for 8-10 minutes on one side and then flip over and cook for another 10 minutes on the other side. If it feels too soft, cook for another 5 minutes.
