I changed the ingredients from the traditional recipe I had seen. I took it to work for my co-workers to try and they begged for the recipe! Ingredients

8 oz. package fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup applesauce (recipe calculated with sweetened)
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1 t. vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
Pecan Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
2 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
Directions
Blend together cream cheese, applesauce and sugar in a large mixing bowl; add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Mix in bananas and vanilla; set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in half the pecan topping; pour into a greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining Pecan Topping; bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Pecan Topping: Toss together all aingredients until pecans are well coated.
Makes 24 pieces
