Ingredients

    1/2 cup Olive Oil (or grape seed oil)
    1 cup Balsamic Vinegar (or favorite vinegar)
    3 Cloves of Garlic
    3/4 cup Splenda
    2 T. Dijon Mustard
    Pinch of salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in a small blender and blend until garlic is completely chopped and dressing is emulsified.
