Ingredients

    4.5 cup cold tap water
    10 dried apricots, halved
    2 tsp salt
    2.125 cup steel cut oat meal
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ginger

Directions

Put all ingredients into your crockpot. Cook 5 hours on medium or 7 hours on low. Enjoy with cottage cheese and almonds.
