Ingredients

    **1 can tuna, in water
    **1 Tbsp Hellmans Cholesterol Free Mayo
    **1 whole wheat pita, halved
    **2 sliced tomato
    **2 leaves romaine lettuce
    **2 slices Kraft fat free American singles

Directions

Yield: 1 serving

*Prepare tuna using 1 Tbsp mayo and any desired spices.

*Load mixture into pita (previously cut in half)

*Add 1 slice of cheese to each half of pita

*Place in microwave for ~1 minute (until cheese has melted)

*Top with lettuce and tomato.
