Introduction

My family is huge soup eaters so I like to try new and different things. My family is huge soup eaters so I like to try new and different things.

Ingredients

    chicken breast boned & skinned (1)
    chicken broth 1 can 10.75 oz
    celery 1 cup
    carrots 1 cup
    red pepper 1 cup
    spinich 2 cups
    beans, white 1 can
    canned tomatoes 1 can
    tomato sauce 1 large can
    red wine 1 glass
    water, 2 cups
    garlic 1 tsp

Directions

Bring all ingredients to a hard boil over medium heat, after that I turn it down to low and simmer all afternoon until done about 3 to 4 hours.
