Ingredients

    1/3 cup of soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoons of oil
    1 tablespoon of honey
    1 teaspoon of ginger
    18 chicken wings

Directions

In a crockpot we're going to add the wings the garlic the onions the ginger the honey the soy sauce and two teaspoons of oil. We'll go ahead mix the wings up with the other ingredients to make sure the garlic and onions cover all the wings adequately.
Cook 6-8 Hours

We'll cover the crock pot and turn it on low for six to eight hours. After about six hours the wings are done. And you can see the wings have soaked up all the flavors, they've turned a nice golden brown and they're ready to eat.

They were pretty good but the sauce was too oily. I don't think you need that much oil or any oil at all because the chicken gives off its own oil. I added an extra tbsp of honey and the minced onion also. Could have been a tad sweeter still. Thank for the recipe though! :o) - 8/13/12

Use a big crock pot. It was good. I'll make it again. I used 1 tbs of dried minced onion. - 4/19/11

Smells absolutely amazing! My only issues: onions aren't in the ingredient list so I didn't buy any and thereby didn't use them. I doubled the honey- it seemed to dry. Also I had to cut back on the cook time, my crockpot is a hot one and they were DONE in 4 hours max. - 2/20/11

Thanks for the recipe. After reading the comments I deleted the oil, and added more honey and some dried minced onions. It turned out great. - 5/18/13
