you will need
corned beef in the can (2 cans) or you can use leftover cooked chicken about 2 breast less if you are not much on meat
soy sauce
olive oil
corn
2 onions
Directions
i cook this alot so im not much on being exact
first you take the bean treads 4 packages and you want to soak them in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes add enough soy sauce to the water about 1\2 cup
get a good sized pan add olive oil to cover bottom
slice up onion cook them in the olive oil add the 2 cans of corned beef cook for a few minutes throw in the corn just to warm it up now get some scissors and cut up the bean threads they should be soft drain off all the water and throw it in the pan add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce stir it all up and cover it and let cook on medium heat until the threads look see threw
