Ingredients

1 lb. Morningstar crumbles
2 c. Fat free or 2% mozzarella
15 oz small container of fat free ricotta
2.5 tbsp. Parmesan
6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
16 oz jar of Prego traditional sauce
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Add water to pot and bring to boil.
Add whole wheat lasagna noodles and boil until tender.
Meanwhile, place Morningstar crumbles in skillet and warm on Med-High until thawed. Add Prego sauce to skillet and heat til boil, then simmer.
In lasagna pan, place 3 noodles. Spread half of sauce mix over noodles. Spoon half the ricotta over sauce mix in scoops. Cover with 1 c. of mozzarella cheese.
Place last 3 noodles over mozz. Add remaining sauce mix. Spoon remaining ricotta and cover with 1 c. of mozz. Add parmesan cheese to top.
Cover with aluminum foil and place into oven for 35-40 minutes. With 10 minutes left, remove aluminum foil to let top brown. Serves 8.
