Ingredients

    1lb Lean Gound Beef for turkey
    1 box Rice a Roni ( Beef or Chicken)
    1 Can Rotel tomatoes
    1 Can rinsed and drained black beans
    1 can corn, drained

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain and add the tomatoes and back beans and corn. Prepare the Rice A Roni in a separate pan, when done, add to the ground beef mixture.
I like to add a spoonful of fat free sour cream on the top when serving
