Ingredients

    2 pounds, 99% lean ground turkey
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup Lawry's teriyaki marinade

Directions

Be sure to spray your pan well before placing meatloaf inside. Mix all ingredients well and bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes at 375 degrees. When done, remove to a platter and slice into 14 pieces. Serving size is one piece.
