Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1.25 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
.75 cup tomato sauce
1 lg egg
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp garlic salt
ketchup
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- In medium mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, egg, garlic salt, ground black pepper, and bread crumbs. Note: Mixes best if you use your hands to combine instead of a spoon.
- Coat inside of 9 in cake pan with non-stick spray.
- Place mix from bowl into cake pan and form a loaf.
- Cover top of loaf with ketchup, like you were icing a cake.
- Place in oven. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until it is cooked all the way through.
- Remove from oven. Let cool a bit and serve.
- Makes about 8 1 in slices
