Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil for saute
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 leek chopped

    1 cup (2oz) dry Wheat Penne Pasta Shells
    1/4 cup red onions, minced
    1/2 can (2oz) Tuna Fish
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1TBSp balsamic vinegar
    1TBSs olive oil mayo (optional)
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Saute garlic and chopped leeks in oil to desired tenderness.

2. Meanwhile boil pasta according to box instructions (usually 8-11 minutes, or "al dente")

3. Drain pasta; Mix in sauteed garlic and leeks. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
