Introduction
Tasty, light dip for fruit, cupcakes, graham crackers, vanilla wafers or cakes. Copycat of a fruit fluff sold at my local Italian market, but a lot less expensive and less calories, too. Ingredients

1 small pkg. Jell-O sugar free cook & serve vanilla pudding mix
2 cups water
1 small pkg. Jell-O sugar free strawberry gelatin
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (8 ounce) container Kraft Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
Directions
At least 3 hours refrigerator time.
Mix together water and pudding; cook according to package directions or cook for 4 minutes in microwave, stirring every minute until mixture boils; remove from heat or microwave. Stir in strawberry gelatin; stirring constantly for two minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes; add marshmallows, stirring thoroughly. Let sit in refrigerator until cooled but not set. With a whisk, whip the marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped topping until thoroughly combined. Store in refrigerator; let mixture blend for at least 3 hours or overnight. 1 serving equals 1/4 cup fluff.
