    4 LARGE EGGS
    1 1/4 CUPS WHOLE GRAIN BREAD CRUMBS
    2 TBS GARLIC POWDER
    2 TBS ONION POWDER
    4 TSP CHILI POWDER
    SALT PEPPER AND CHIPOLTE PEPPER POWDER OR CAYENNE PEPPER TO TASTE
    CAN ALSO USE CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES

Directions

DRAIN AND RINSE BLACK BEANS PUT IN BOWL AND MASH
ADD EGGS SPICES AND BREAD CUMBS
MIX WELL
MIXTURE WILL BE A LITTLE STICKY
FORM INTO SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN GOLF BALL SIZE AND FLATTEN
PLACE ON BAKING SHEET
BAKE 10-12 MINUTES AT 350.
MAY ALSO FRY IN NON STICK SKILLET FOR 3-5 MINUTES PER SIDE
MAKES 29 SINGLE SLIDER SERVINGS
