Ingredients

    Cooked Pasta
    one can chickpeas
    one can kidney beans
    2 green onion diced
    1 cup fat free italian or fat free rasberry vinaigrette dressing
    1 cup diced red grapes
    1 whole tomatoe diced or 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
    1/2 diced red bell pepper
    cayenne pepper to taste
    3 tsp Galaxy Nutritional Foods Veggie Topping

Directions

Mix all together and serve warm or cold
Makes approximately 12 3/4 cup servings
