Introduction

This is my second attempt at a Turkey Burger. Instead of processing everything like I did in version 1 I left if fairly chunky and incorporated by hand. This is my second attempt at a Turkey Burger. Ingredients

    1lb 93% Lean Turkey
    1 Can Black Beans (Drained & Rinsed)
    50g chopped red onion
    1/4tsp Ground Thyme
    1tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1tsp Ground White Pepper
    1/8tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
    1/4tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Smoosh the black beans up just a little with a fork.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and loosely combine. Divide into 4 lg patties and cook.
I cooked in non-reactive pan with lt olive oil (not included in calorie count).
