    4 Skinless Chicken Breast or 4 Boneless Pork Chops
    tsp Salt
    tsp Pepper
    2Tbs Flour
    2Tbs Mustard
    1 Large Egg. Beaten
    cup Bread Crumbs
    1 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1 Tbs Oil


Preheat oven to 350. Pound chicken breast to inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place flour in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine mustard and egg. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic.

Dredge chicken in flour, then egg mix, then breadcrumb mix.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and saute for 2 minutes per side or until chicken is browned. Remove from heat and place in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
