Ingredients



    * Fettucini, 12 oz (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * Zucchini, 450 grams (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .75 cup (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. In a food processor, grate the zucchini. In a heavy bottom pan, heat butter on low until it becomes frothy. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add zucchini and cook until tender stirring 1 -2 times. Add fettuccine. Serve in warmed bowls.
