    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    4 thin slices of ham
    4 slices swiss cheese
    1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. water
    1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
    2 T olive oil
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    1 jar Bertolli alfredo sauce


Season chicken. Evenly top chicken with ham and cheese. Roll up and secure. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then breadcrumbs, coating well.
Heat olive oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and set aside.
Stir in wine and cook 1 min. Stir in sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to lo and simmer covered for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

    I've made a similar version of this recipe, except I use cream and parmesan cheese, instead of jarred alfredo sauce. The wine and simmering it at the end makes this mouthwatering! - 12/2/10
