1 lb Ground Turkey, extra lean
1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 cup Chicken Stock, low sodium
3 tbsp Corn Starch
1 cup Non-Fat Milk
6 oz Greek Yogurt
Directions
1. Brown Turkey
2. Add mushrooms and continue to brown
3. Mix Chicken Stock with Corn Starch, add to meat and mushrooms
4. Add Milk and bring to boil
5. Add yorgurt, season and serve
