Ingredients

* 2 Cups Bell pepper strips
* 1 Medium onions
* 2 Garlic cloves
* 0.25 cup Tomato Puree
* 2 tbsp Basil
* 1 tbsp Oregano, ground
* 1 pound Italian Sausage
Directions
1. Slice the sausage into 1 inch pieces and brown.
2. While the sausage is browning, slice the peppers and onions, into strips or chop them, which ever you prefer.
3. Chop the garlic.
4. Add the the vegetables to the pan with the sausage.
5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
6. Cook covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve over pasta or with crusty Italian bread.
