Ingredients

    1 15oz can Chick Peas /Garbanzo Beans Drained & Rinsed
    1/4 cup Sweet Red Peppers Chopped
    1/4 cup Fat Free Mayo
    1/4 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
    2 small cloves garlic
    4 oz. Fresh Baby Spinach
    1 tbl chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Put all in Food Processor and pulse 4-5 times. Scrape down sides and blend for 15 seconds or til desired consistancy.
