    * pictsweet seasoning blend (frozen onions, celery and green pepper), 0.5 cup
    * Garlic, 2 tsp
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    * great value no salt diced tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    * *Great Value frozen corn (2/3 c serving),
    * Tribe All Natural Hummus Snacker Pack (.5 oz)
    * *great value lemon juice, 2 tsp
    * Wal Mart small cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined with tail off), 14 oz
    *Vogue Instant Chicken Flavored Base Vegan, 4 tsp
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    * *Tobasco, .5 tsp
    mrs. dash, garlic and herb, 2 tsp


Saute onions, peppers, celery (seasoning blend) and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Cook 1-3 minutes until soft. Add can of no salt added tomatoes. Add 2 tsp Mrs. Dash. Simmer for a minute. Add four cups water and bring to a boil Add four teaspoons Vogue chicken broth base and stir. When it returns to a boil, add shrimp. Boil again then return to low for 5 minutes. Stir. Add hummus and lemon juice and serve!
